All refund requests are handled on a case by case basis and are issued at our sole discretion.
Please note: With the Light Mode activated, iOS will sometimes alter the colour of the dock depending on the colours detected in the wallpaper. Generally speaking, for light theme wallpapers to work properly, you will need to ensure you are using a bright, fairly desaturated image behind the mountain silhouette assets.
This is an issue related to iOS and unfortunately there is nothing we can do on our to fix this. Sometimes, you will find a bit of trial and error necessary to ensure the dock does remain invisible after creating a new wallpaper.
The good news is that (as far as we’ve tested), this isn’t an issue when using the dark theme assets alongside the iOS Dark Mode.
